I work with busy women navigating the challenges that come with ambition, relationships, and major life changes. Here's how I can help.

  • You're exhausted from overthinking everything—replaying conversations, worrying about what might go wrong, feeling like you can't shut your mind off even when you're trying to relax. Anxiety doesn't have to control your days and steal your sleep. Through evidence-based therapy, you can learn to quiet the mental noise, manage worry without it managing you, and actually feel present in your life again.

  • You're running on empty despite doing everything right—successful on paper but completely depleted, wondering if this is just what life feels like now. Burnout isn't about needing a vacation; it's about addressing the patterns that got you here. I help you move from exhaustion to sustainability, set boundaries that actually stick, and rebuild your life so you can thrive without constantly sacrificing yourself.

  • You're caught in exhausting cycles of intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors that steal hours from your day and make you feel like you're losing control. OCD isn't about being neat or organized—it's a serious anxiety disorder that responds well to specialized treatment. Using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), I help you break free from the rituals, reduce the power of obsessive thoughts, and reclaim your time and peace of mind.

  • You're facing a major life change—career shift, empty nest, move, loss, or any transition that's left you feeling unmoored and unsure of who you are anymore. Life transitions can trigger grief, anxiety, and identity questions even when the change is "positive." Therapy provides space to process what you're losing, clarify what you want next, and navigate the transition with intention rather than just surviving it.

  • You're navigating the grief, anger, and identity shift that comes with a relationship ending—whether it's a divorce, breakup, or realizing you need to leave. The pain of separation can feel overwhelming, especially when you're also dealing with co-parenting, financial stress, or rebuilding your sense of self. Therapy helps you process the loss, heal the wounds, and create a life that feels genuinely yours again.

  • You're struggling in your relationships—whether it's patterns that keep repeating, communication that breaks down, or wounds from past relationships (including narcissistic abuse or betrayal) that make trust feel impossible. These struggles don't mean you're broken; they mean you need new tools and understanding. I help you identify what's keeping you stuck, heal relational trauma, and build healthier patterns in current and future relationships.

Meet Dr. Dina

Dr. Dina Chavira smiling

Welcome 😊

If you’re here, chances are you’re tired of ending up in the same place — the same argument, the same self-doubt, the same relationship pattern — despite how hard you’ve tried to do it differently.

You’re self-aware. Capable. The one people rely on.
You’ve likely done a lot of thinking about why things are the way they are. And yet something still feels stuck.

Change is hard, especially when the patterns are long-standing or rooted in roles you’ve carried for years. White-knuckling your way through it hasn’t worked. Avoiding it hasn’t worked either.

With doctoral-level training and over a decade of clinical experience, I bring both strategy and depth to this work.

We’ll go beyond the surface-level issues, and I’ll help you to:

  • Stop second-guessing yourself

  • Hold boundaries with confidence

  • Move through life feeling steady, clear, and fully yourself
